Mobile Food Vending

An International Fire Code Permit Inspection and L&I inspection are required to operate a mobile food vending truck.

Safety Requirements

If you utilize a CO2 beverage dispensing system, a CO2 detector is also required.

Your fire suppression system must be professionally inspected at 6-month intervals at a minimum.
