Confidence Test Reports

The International Fire Code requires building fire protection systems to be inspected, tested, and maintained by a qualified and licensed company. These systems are essential to the safe occupancy of a structure and must be functional and ready for use. Any deficiencies identified by the systems inspector must be repaired.

Manage Reports Through The Compliance Engine

South King Fire uses an electronic inspection management system through The Compliance Engine. Certified inspectors can submit reports directly to the Fire Marshal on the functionality of the fire protection systems installed in your facility.

Through a secure website, property owners, testing companies, and the Fire Marshal can view and edit property information and fire protection system status. The Compliance Engine automatically sends reminders to property owners or managers when systems are due for testing.

This service helps you stay informed about the status of your fire protection systems and the maintenance and testing responsibilities required under the International Fire Code.
