Confidence Testing

Confidence Test Reports

The International Fire Code requires that building fire protection systems be inspected, tested, and maintained by a qualified and licensed company to ensure they are functional and ready for use as they are an essential component for the safe occupancy of a structure. Any deficiencies in the systems identified by the Systems Inspector must be repaired.

SKFR employs an electronic Inspection Management System through The Compliance Engine  which allows a certified inspector to submit an electronic report directly to the Fire Marshal on the functionality of your fire protection systems installed in your facility.

Through the use of a secure web site, property owners, testing companies and the Fire Marshal can all view and edit property information and fire protection system status.  The Compliance Engine will automatically send reminders to property owners or managers when systems are due for testing. This service will ensure that you are aware of the status of your fire protection system, as well as the maintenance and testing responsibilities required under the International Fire Code.

Businesses may sign up at The Compliance Engine and create a new profile, update or modify your contact and property information to view all test reports.

Inspectors may create a new profile at The Compliance Engine , update or modify contact and property information and submit all test reports.
