Overview
A Fire District Receipt is required for new construction permits submitted to King County Department of Development and Environmental Services. A Fire District receipt must be obtained in person for new construction within the boundaries of South King Fire & Rescue.

To obtain a Fire District Receipt, please bring a site plan of your proposed project to:

Permit Jurisdiction
King County Department of Development and Environmental Services is the authority having jurisdiction for all permits in the unincorporated areas of South King Fire & Rescue.
