South King Fire & Rescue serves the cities of Des Moines and Federal Way with seven responding fire stations and one Training and Maintenance station. Fire Station 62 is our headquarters station. The Chief Officers and business teams are located here.

Station 64

 
South King Fire & Rescue station 64 was constructed in 1988 and is the home of the Technical Rescue team and their equipment. This station is staffed 24/7/365 and also houses King County Medic One unit M8.

The apparatus responding from this station are Ladder 364, Aid 364, Medic 8 and Rescue 364.
