William Bill Gates was originally elected in November of 2001, re-elected in 2007 and 2013. His current term expires on December 31, 2019. Since 1974 Bill has served King County area as Board President of the Chamber of Commerce, the King County Library Board, the Federal Way Library Board, Center Stage Theatre, and the Federal Way Boys and Girls Club. He helped create the Hylebos State Park, the Aquatic Center, and helped bring St. Francis Hospital to Federal Way. Bill is also a Federal Way Citizen of the Year recipient.
